Internship Day - 2

As usual we had our prayers.  After prayers we all sat down in the Tata Sky Experience zone for some time because the work for we were supposed to do was getting ready. Then we were called in triplets for various works, like recharging an existing Tata Sky account, OS/software installation, explaining Tata Sky to the coming customers etc. Vishwam, Alakh and I were in one triplet.  We first went to the service station and installed software/OS. Alakh and Vishwam first installed software/OS and went down at 1:30pm for learning Banking as they were in another group and not with us yesterday, I stayed till 2:00pm in the service station. On the system I was working on had windows 7 already installed in it. I installed Adobe Acrobat reader, VLC media player, Real player, MP3 cutter, Corel Draw Graphics suite x3 (ver.13), Total Video Convertor, Power DVD and Microsoft Security. I had uninstalled Norton Internet Security 2010. We also updated Microsoft Security. We made most errors in installing Corel Draw Graphics suite x3 (ver.13) as it was new to me. The monitor on which I was working was a CRT monitor and it was a bit faulty so it was ruining the display and it had totally changed color on the screen. Today everybody worked individually throughout the day and only met at lunch time- not even while departing. In the lunch we all were together and had a lot of fun. Lunch time was the only free time allotted to us. After lunch we had some paper work. Work related to banking and billing. We were given bills and then we were given other papers from which we had to see and verify the bills given to us and correct wherever necessary by encircling it. The criteria for correcting it were Name, Date, Bill number, Sub Total and Total. It was quite interesting job to do.  There after we had to a bit of banking. We had to fill in necessary fields of a cheque from the given information to us and they were totally ten in number. Then we had to fill other ten cheques form the given ten cheques. While doing this we had cover the points thought to us. Time just zapped by I was working and all of a sudden I realized that it was 6:00pm! The official day ended by now. Today it was a very tight schedule. Who says work is load/tension?
